Meet Dr. Sachin Jain

Dr. Sachin Jain is an ophthalmologist with Northwestern Medical Group who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. His clinical interests include cataract and cataract implant surgery, refractive cataract surgery, and advanced glaucoma care, including laser procedures and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). He also evaluates and monitors eye disease related to diabetes and supports patients who need timely assessment for urgent eye concerns.

Dr. Jain earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria (2011), completed ophthalmology residency training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago (2015), and completed fellowship training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago (2016). He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and speaks Hindi and Spanish.
