Dr. Evgeny Gelman

Dr. Evgeny Gelman is a vitreoretinal surgeon at Retina Consultants of Michigan who treats medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous. He joined the practice after completing a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at Henry Ford Hospital and previously served as chief resident during his ophthalmology residency at Shaare Zedek Medical Center, affiliated with Hebrew University and the Hadassah School of Medicine. Dr. Gelman provides care for patients with macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, and complex vein occlusions, and also evaluates epiretinal membranes and vitreous hemorrhages.
