Dr. Evelyn Baker

Dr. Evelyn L. Baker is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has served the Hanover and Richmond communities for over 20 years. Her passion for cataract and eye surgery began during her childhood in Southwestern Virginia. She earned her medical degree from Vanderbilt University and completed her ophthalmology residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, one of the nation's top training programs.

Dr. Baker prioritizes achieving the best possible surgical and medical outcomes for her patients by applying advanced technology and ethical medical practices. She focuses on maintaining optimal vision over a patient's lifetime and is dedicated to providing personalized care.

She is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
