Dr. Eugene Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in vitreo-retinal diseases at Azul Vision. He earned his medical degree and MBA from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at California Pacific Medical Center, followed by a vitreo-retinal fellowship at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Chang has over 15 years of practice experience in California.
