Dr. Eugene Gabianelli

Dr. Eugene Gabianelli is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been practicing in Atlanta since 1992. He founded Georgia Eye Partners in 1999 and has extensive experience in LASIK, cataract surgery, and corneal transplantation. His LASIK experience began in 1995 as a co-investigator for the Summit Omnimed laser, and he has since performed over 30,000 combined LASIK and refractive cataract procedures.

Dr. Gabianelli's refractive cataract practice incorporates the latest intraocular lens technology, including multifocal and toric lenses, and he utilizes femtosecond laser cataract surgery. He is also active in providing laser vision correction for patients who have previously undergone cataract surgery or corneal transplantation. He serves patients at the Northside location in Atlanta.

With a commitment to advancing eye care, Dr. Gabianelli has held leadership roles including Chief of the Ophthalmology Division at Emory St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Director of TLC Laser Eye Center in Atlanta. He is recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for over ten years.
