Dr. Erica Person

Dr. Erica Person is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist with over fifteen years of experience. She specializes in LASIK eye surgery and refractive cataract treatments, performing over 2,000 procedures each year. Dr. Person began her career teaching residents the art and science of cataract surgery and has remained involved in academic pursuits. She uses advanced technology lenses and lasers to provide cataract patients with more options for freedom from glasses.

In addition to cataract surgery, Dr. Person treats a wide variety of eye conditions, including glaucoma and dry eyes. She takes a personal approach, emphasizing clear communication and partnership with each patient. She tailors treatments to each individual's lifestyle and considers overall health when managing eye disease. Dr. Person also focuses on preventive care, including annual diabetic exams and maximizing vitamin supplements to support eye health.

Outside of the office, Dr. Person is an active volunteer in her community, working with Girl and Boy Scouts. She enjoys golfing, painting, and hiking with her dog.
