Dr. Enrique Peralta

Dr. Enrique Peralta is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Quantum Vision Centers, serving patients in the St. Louis Metro East area. He specializes in vitreo-retinal diseases and surgery, and his clinical interests include disorders of the retina, optic nerve, and uveitis.

Dr. Peralta earned his medical degree from Universidad Francisco Marroquin Facultad De Medicina in Guatemala City. He then completed an ophthalmology residency at Rodolfo Robles Eye and Ear Hospital, followed by advanced fellowship training in vitreo-retina at Louisiana State University and in retina at Tulane University. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and brings over 30 years of experience to his practice.

Dr. Peralta is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and holds memberships in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retina Specialists, and the American Medical Association.
