About Me
Dr. Emily Wright is a board-certified, glaucoma fellowship-trained anterior segment surgeon. She specializes in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma and performs modern cataract surgery tailored to each patient’s visual goals. Patients appreciate her calm, thorough explanations and focus on safety, comfort, and long-term vision.Dr. Wright earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience (Phi Beta Kappa) from Muhlenberg College. She received her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, and advanced subspecialty training in glaucoma at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. She is an active member of national ophthalmology societies and offers a range of evidence-based treatments, including laser procedures and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, to help patients see clearly and confidently.
