About Me
Dr. Emily Chang is a comprehensive ophthalmologist dedicated to vision care and the management of common eye conditions. She finds the intricacies of the eye fascinating and believes that maintaining good vision is essential for overall health and quality of life.
Dr. Chang completed her undergraduate education at UC Berkeley and earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She underwent internship training at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center. She is pleased to practice at Kaiser Permanente in the Bay Area, where she appreciates the coordinated care model and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population alongside skilled colleagues.
She strives to ensure that every patient has a positive experience while receiving care for their eye health. Dr. Chang focuses on providing thorough evaluations and treatments to help preserve and enhance vision.
