Dr. Philip Gardner is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 50 years of experience in medical eye care. He earned his medical degree from UC San Francisco and completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota. He also holds a Doctorate in Optometry from UC Berkeley.
Dr. Gardner previously taught cataract and anterior segment surgery at Highland Hospital, reflecting his expertise in these areas. Today, he focuses on medical eye evaluations, providing comprehensive assessments and management for a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disease, and dry eye.
