Dr. Elaine Kelly is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with a focus on cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). A third-generation ophthalmologist, she enjoys partnering with patients to choose the lens and surgical plan that match their lifestyle, from standard monofocal options to advanced technology lenses. A northwest Indiana native, Dr. Kelly earned her MD at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and completed ophthalmology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She also holds degrees in Global Health from Duke University and Georgetown University. At Williams Eye Institute, she provides patient-centered care that emphasizes clarity, safety, and comfortable recovery.
