About Me
Dr. Elaine Kelly is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who joined Williams Eye Institute in 2023. She practices with a focus on cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, providing advanced eye care for patients. Her board certification in ophthalmology is pending and expected in late 2024.
A native of northwest Indiana, Dr. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Global Health from Duke University and a Master of Science in Global Health from Georgetown University. She completed her medical degree at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and her ophthalmology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Kelly is dedicated to humanitarian outreach and serving vulnerable populations, which informs her compassionate approach to patient care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys CrossFit, running, and travel.
