Dr. Drew Chronister

Dr. Drew R. Chronister is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with specialized expertise in cataract surgery and laser-assisted cataract surgery. He provides advanced surgical options, including femtosecond laser-assisted techniques, and offers a range of intraocular lens choices to tailor treatment to each patient's needs. Dr. Chronister also manages and monitors various eye conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, dry eye syndrome, macular degeneration, and uveitis, performing in-office lasers and minor surgical procedures when appropriate.

Dr. Chronister completed his ophthalmology residency at the UPMC Eye Center, where he was selected as Chief Resident, and he remains involved in teaching as a member of the staff at Wills Eye Hospital. He currently serves on the board of directors at Vision One Laser & Surgery Center and is committed to advancing eye care through education, regularly lecturing and providing seminars across the state.
