Dr. Steven Luminais

Dr. Steven K. Luminais is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Focus Eye Group in Thorndale, Pennsylvania. He treats and monitors a range of eye conditions including glaucoma, diabetes-related eye disease, dry eye syndrome, and macular degeneration. In addition to prescribing eyeglasses, he performs in-office laser treatments and surgical procedures.

Dr. Luminais earned his medical degree at Cornell University Medical College after graduating from Swarthmore College. He completed an ophthalmology residency at Temple University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident and received an award in eye surgery. He has been an instructor on the teaching staff of Wills Eye Hospital since 1986 and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is on staff at Chester County Hospital, Paoli Memorial, Wills Eye, and Temple University Hospitals, and is the former Medical Director of the Vision One Laser & Surgery Center.
