Dr. Dmitry Pyatetsky

Dr. Dmitry Pyatetsky is a board-certified ophthalmologist with Northwestern Medicine, specializing in comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. He has a particular expertise in cataract surgery, including refractive cataract surgery, and treats a wide range of eye conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, uveitis, and more. Dr. Pyatetsky is known for his thorough, patient-centered approach, taking the time to explain conditions clearly and ensure all patient concerns are addressed. Dr. Pyatetsky completed his medical degree at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, followed by an internship at Ascension Illinois/St. Joseph in Chicago and a residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. He also completed a fellowship at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago. He serves as an Associate Professor at the Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Pyatetsky sees patients at locations in Chicago and Evanston and is fluent in Russian and Spanish.
