Dr. Diane Karalekas

Dr. Diane P. Karalekas is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and laser treatment of glaucoma and cataracts. She founded Eye Physicians of Marlborough and Worcester in 1999 and is on staff at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Marlborough and Worcester. Patients see Dr. Karalekas for comprehensive care of a wide range of adult eye conditions.

Dr. Karalekas focuses on medical and laser treatments for adult eye diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and dry eye syndrome. With more than three decades of experience, she offers expert management of these conditions using advanced laser and surgical techniques. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of several professional societies.
