About Me
Dr. Diane E. Singer is an ophthalmologist at Berkshire Eye Center, serving patients in the Great Barrington and Pittsfield areas. She completed her undergraduate studies at Colgate University and earned her medical degree from New Jersey Medical School. Her ophthalmology residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine was followed by a fellowship in cornea and external eye disease at the Genesee Valley Eye Institute in Rochester, New York. Dr. Singer previously served as Clinical Assistant Professor in Ophthalmology at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
At Berkshire Eye Center, Dr. Singer provides comprehensive eye care for adults and children. She diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and retinal disorders. She also specializes in laser vision correction procedures such as LASIK and PRK, and offers advanced cataract surgery with premium lens options. Her approach focuses on personalized, patient-centered care to help each individual achieve optimal vision and eye health.
