About Me
Dr. David Misch is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical management of retinal and vitreous diseases. He provides care for a wide spectrum of conditions, including macular degeneration, macular holes, macular puckers, and diabetic retinopathy, and performs advanced procedures such as intraocular lens repositioning surgery.
Dr. Misch completed his ophthalmology residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine/Mayo Clinic and pursued additional retina fellowship training at the LSU-Lions Eye Center. He brings extensive experience from over three decades of practice in central Florida, having served as a retina specialist at the Center for Retina and Macular Disease in Winter Haven. Currently, he sees patients at Retina Partners of Florida, offering his expertise to the communities of Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Sebring. Dr. Misch maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists.
