Dr. David Litoff

Dr. David Litoff is a board-certified ophthalmologist and corneal specialist serving as the Chief Medical Officer at ICON Eyecare. He is recognized as a Top Ophthalmology Doctor by 5280 magazine and specializes in cataract surgery, refractive surgery, and corneal procedures. Dr. Litoff is committed to providing advanced vision correction and personalized eye care to his patients.

Beginning December 12, 2025, Dr. Litoff will transition away from direct patient care to focus fully on his leadership role, guiding medical directors and physicians across all ICON Eyecare locations. He remains an integral part of the ICON team, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Patients can continue their care with other collaborative physicians at ICON Eyecare.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Litoff has held numerous leadership positions, including Regional Department Chief of Ophthalmology and Surgical Operations Chief. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Litoff has contributed to more than 20 publications and has served as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado, demonstrating his dedication to advancing the field of ophthalmology.
