Dr. David Ingvoldstad

Dr. Ingvoldstad is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of the vitreous and retina, including diabetic eye disease. He sees patients with conditions such as macular degeneration, retinal tears and detachments, and uveitis. Dr.

Ingvoldstad joined Midwest Eye Care in 2006 and also serves as a volunteer clinical instructor at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He is actively involved in organized medicine, serving as President of the Nebraska Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Ingvoldstad no longer performs cataract surgery. His patients frequently describe him as thorough, patient, and skilled at explaining diagnoses and treatment options in clear, understandable terms.
