About Me
Dr. Daniel Bonnette is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist and surgeon who provides care for a wide array of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, retinal conditions, and corneal disorders. He is a native of Calhoun and completed his undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He then earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and completed his internship and residency training in ophthalmology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Bonnette specializes in advanced cataract and refractive surgery, offering state-of-the-art treatments such as all-laser LASIK and premium intraocular lens implantation. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Louisiana State Medical Society. Dr. Bonnette has co-authored several research studies and presentations, contributing to the field of ophthalmology.
