Dr. D Ford

Dr. Todd Ford is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in advanced cataract laser and implant surgery, glaucoma surgery, and laser vision correction. He has served the residents of Arlington, Mansfield, and the greater DFW area for over 20 years.

Dr. Ford completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University, earned his medical doctorate with honors from LSU Medical School, and finished an internship at the Alton Ochsner Foundation Hospital. He completed his ophthalmology training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, where he served as chief resident at Parkland Hospital. He came to Arlington in 1998 and later assumed leadership of what is now Paragon Eye Associates.

With over 20,000 surgical procedures performed, Dr. Ford was the first surgeon in Tarrant County to perform the ReStor Advanced Technology Implant Cataract Surgery. He customizes each surgery to achieve the best possible vision for each patient according to their visual needs and goals.
