Dr. Kelly Frasier is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers in Arlington, Texas. A native of Odessa, Texas, Dr. Frasier earned his medical degree from the UT School of Medicine at San Antonio and completed his internship at Texas Tech. He previously operated his own practice, Frasier Eye Care, in Lubbock for eight years before joining the surgical team at Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers in 2014. With extensive experience in cataract surgery and refractive procedures, Dr. Frasier provides comprehensive eye care for a range of conditions.
