About Me
Dr. Craig Greven is an ophthalmologist specializing in retina conditions at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. He treats a wide range of retinal disorders including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, macular holes, and uveitis. Dr. Greven also manages intraocular tumors and performs procedures such as vitrectomy, retinal laser, and intravitreal injections.
He sees patients at the Eye Center in Winston-Salem and Greensboro. Dr. Greven is board certified in ophthalmology and serves as a professor and chair of ophthalmology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He treats only adults and provides in-person care.
