About Me
Dr. Caroline Cromelin is an ophthalmologist with specialized training in pediatric eye care and a clinical focus on diagnosing and treating vision problems in children, as well as selected conditions that affect both children and adults. She is originally from Chevy Chase, Maryland, and completed her medical school and ophthalmology training at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Cromelin’s work includes evaluating eye alignment concerns and providing both medical and surgical treatment for strabismus (eye misalignment) in children and adults. She also cares for children with amblyopia (lazy eye), helps manage retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), and treats blocked tear ducts. In addition, she evaluates ocular findings related to pediatric systemic disorders.
Dr. Cromelin is committed to clear explanations and family-centered care so parents and patients feel informed and supported throughout diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
