About Me
Dr. Carlton Fenzl is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in corneal diseases and cataract surgery. He serves patients in Bettendorf, Geneseo, Muscatine, and Rock Island with advanced surgical expertise in corneal transplants and keratoconus treatment. Dr. Fenzl is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care, including routine exams and the management of complex corneal conditions.
He completed his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine and underwent an internship at Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Fenzl then pursued a fellowship in cornea and external disease at the University of Utah Moran Eye Center, where he honed his skills in the latest corneal surgical techniques. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
In practice, Dr. Fenzl focuses on patient-centered care, utilizing advanced technology for cataract surgery and corneal procedures. He is actively involved in research and has authored several articles on corneal transplants and keratoconus. Dr. Fenzl is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal vision through medical and surgical treatments.
