Dr. Brett Weinstock

Dr. Brett M. Weinstock is an ophthalmologist associated with Wills Eye Hospital, providing comprehensive eye care that includes the management of cataracts, glaucoma, and laser vision correction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a research honors thesis. During medical school at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, he graduated with honors, received distinction in research, and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. His ophthalmology residency was completed at Wills Eye Hospital, where he trained on the most advanced surgical technologies.

Dr. Weinstock specializes in complex cataract management, utilizing advanced technology intraocular lenses and laser-assisted cataract surgery. He corrects astigmatism using the ORA system and performs various glaucoma procedures. He also offers functional eyelid surgery, femtosecond LASIK, and PRK laser vision correction to improve patients' vision and eye health.

He serves as a clinical instructor, training future residents at Wills Eye Hospital and medical students at Jefferson University. Dr. Weinstock is a member of the Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service, covers emergency surgeries for the Wills Eye Emergency Room, and is affiliated with Gloucester County Surgical Center in Mullica Hill. He is also a national member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
