About Me
Dr. Bayan Al Othman is a neuro-ophthalmologist who evaluates visual problems that arise where the eyes and brain meet. She cares for patients with optic nerve disorders, unexplained or fluctuating vision loss, and troubling symptoms such as double vision, abnormal eye movements, or eyelid and facial spasms. Working closely with colleagues across neurology and other specialties, she tailors testing and treatment to uncover the cause and protect vision.
Dr. Al Othman completed fellowships in Neuro-Ophthalmology at Houston Methodist Hospital and Michigan State University, followed by a Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Iowa. She previously completed ophthalmology residency at King Abdullah University Hospital after earning her medical degree from the Jordan University of Science & Technology.
