Dr. Ardalan Sharifi

Dr. Ardalan Sharifi is an ophthalmologist who specializes in cornea and refractive surgery. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, followed by a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University. During his training, he was honored with several awards, including Intern of the Year, Resident of the Year, and the Wilmer Fellow Teaching Award.

His clinical expertise includes endothelial keratoplasty, cataract surgery, refractive surgery, and advanced dry eye management. He is also actively involved in research, with interests in corneal endothelial cell therapy and corneal gene therapy.

Dr. Sharifi is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Cornea Society, and the American Society for Microbiology. He is currently accepting new patients.
