Dr. Apoorv Chebolu

Dr. Anna Mackin is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon who provides the full spectrum of medical and surgical retina care. She treats retinal detachments and tears, macular holes and epiretinal membranes, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and other complex retinal conditions using state-of-the-art imaging, laser, injections, and microsurgery. Dr. Ali R. Salman is a vitreoretinal surgeon and retina specialist at The Retina Group of Washington. Dr. Salman earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude in biomedical engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed his MD at VCU School of Medicine. After an internship at Riverside Regional Medical Center, he completed ophthalmology residency at the Mayo Clinic, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a high-volume, two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery at Retina Consultants of Minnesota, receiving the VitreoRetinal Surgery Foundation Research Award and contributing to multiple clinical trials. Board-certified and active in national societies, he is bilingual in English and Arabic. Dr. Sundeep Kasi is a retina specialist and vitreoretinal surgeon who cares for patients with medical and surgical diseases of the retina. He treats conditions such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy, vitreous detachment, retinal detachment, retinal vascular occlusive disease, macular disease, and uveitis. Dr. Kasi completed medical training at the University of Pennsylvania, ophthalmology residency training at the University of California, San Francisco, and advanced vitreoretinal fellowship training at Wills Eye Hospital.
