Dr. Anita Prasad is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in diseases and surgery of the retina and vitreous, with a particular focus on uveitis and ocular inflammation. She manages the full spectrum of retinal conditions, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and inflammatory diseases of the eye. Her extensive expertise encompasses both medical and surgical treatments, ensuring comprehensive care for her patients.

Dr. Prasad completed her ophthalmology residency and a fellowship in uveitis and ocular inflammation at Washington University in St. Louis. She then pursued advanced vitreoretinal fellowship training at the renowned Wills Eye Institute, where she performed over 1,000 vitreoretinal surgeries.
