About Me
Dr. Anish U. Shah is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive eye care at Norwich Ophthalmology Group. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, reflecting his expertise in cataract and refractive surgery. Dr. Shah is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and holds board certification in internal medicine, which allows him to manage complex medical conditions that may affect the eyes.
Dr. Shah is actively involved in the medical community, serving as a commentator on ophthalmic issues for WICH 1320 AM and as an editorial advisory board member of the Norwich Bulletin. He also contributes his surgical skills as a traveling pro bono surgeon with Surgical Eye Expeditions, Inc., providing eye care to underserved populations.
Fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, French, and Spanish, Dr. Shah is able to communicate with a diverse patient population. He is affiliated with William W.
