Dr. Andrew Doan is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who provides full-spectrum eye care, including routine exams, cataract surgery, and management of conditions such as glaucoma and diabetic eye disease. He serves as Department Head of Ophthalmology at a Naval Hospital, where he combines his surgical expertise with a patient-focused approach.
