Dr. Barry Concool

Dr. Barry Concool is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Panhandle Laser Vision Institute, where he provides advanced eye care to patients in the Pensacola area. He specializes in bladeless LASIK surgery, dry eye management, laser cataract surgery, and PRK. His expertise in these areas allows him to offer comprehensive vision correction and management of ocular conditions.

Dr. Concool earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he later served as Chief Resident and was one of only two physicians in the country selected for the prestigious American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery Fellowship. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is recognized by both Alcon and Abbott Medical Optics as one of the nation’s most experienced LASIK surgeons.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Concool is actively involved in guiding fellow surgeons on the latest LASIK techniques and managing complex cases.
