About Me
Dr. Amrita-Amanda D. Vuppala is a neuro-ophthalmologist and associate professor specializing in conditions that involve both the eyes and the nervous system. She practices at the Neuroscience Center – Specialty Clinics within the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network. Dr. Vuppala focuses on diagnosing and managing neuro-ophthalmic disorders, providing comprehensive care for patients with vision problems related to neurological issues.
Her clinical expertise includes treating migraines with Botox injections, performing occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections for headache management, and addressing conditions such as double vision, eye movement abnormalities, and idiopathic intracranial hypertension.
