About Me
Dr. Ryan D. Walsh is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained neuro-ophthalmologist who specializes in visual issues that arise from the brain and its connections with the eyes. He sees patients with conditions such as double vision, optic nerve disorders, and eye movement abnormalities. Dr. Walsh believes that listening to the patient's story is key to making the right diagnosis and providing effective care.
Dr. Walsh earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his internship and neurology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania. He joined the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2012, where he is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Ophthalmology and Neurology.
