About Me

Dr. Alyssa Hoehn is a board-certified ophthalmologist and eye surgeon who has been practicing in Moscow since 2013. She specializes in cataract surgery, LASIK, and medical eye care, providing personal care to thousands of patients in Moscow, Pullman, and the surrounding counties. Dr. Hoehn believes the best care is personal and designs her entire practice around delivering a personal experience from initial consultations through surgery, treatment, and follow-up.

Dr. Hoehn earned her medical degree at Loma Linda University of Medicine, completed an internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, and an ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. During her residency, she gained advanced training in the latest LASIK refractive techniques and provided ophthalmological services for four of the largest hospitals in the region. She moved home to the Palouse in 2013 and opened Moscow Family Eye Care, where she has performed hundreds of cataract and refractive procedures.

Dr. Hoehn grew up in Moscow and comes from a family with a long history of providing medical care in the region. She holds physician and surgeon licenses in Idaho, Washington, and California, along with specialized laser certifications for refractive surgery procedures.
