Dr. Yochanan Burnstein

Dr. Burnstein is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist with extensive experience at Eye Physicians of Orange County. He focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, offering expert care for patients with this condition.

He earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Yeshiva College and his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Burnstein completed his ophthalmology residency and served as chief resident at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, followed by a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Maryland. He has lectured nationally and internationally on glaucoma and currently serves as the Director of the Glaucoma Center of Orange County.

In addition to glaucoma, Dr. Burnstein provides comprehensive eye care, including cataract evaluations, dry eye management, and contact lens exams. He is dedicated to patient education and staying current with advancements in ophthalmology.
