Meet Dr. William Richter Barlow

Dr. William R. Barlow is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and ocular surgeon at the University of Utah Health, specializing in cataract and refractive surgery. He has extensive experience performing complex cataract surgery, femtosecond laser cataract surgery, and a range of refractive procedures including LASIK, PRK, ICL, and clear lens extraction with premium intraocular lenses. In addition to his surgical expertise, Dr. Barlow provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for various eye conditions.
