About Me
Dr. Victoria Chen-Espinoza is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in corneal diseases. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008 and practices at the Fontana Medical Center. Her clinical emphasis includes managing corneal conditions, performing corneal transplant surgery and cataract surgery, and treating severe dry eye, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration. Dr. Chen-Espinoza also addresses general eye and vision concerns for patients.
She completed her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley and earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. Dr. Chen-Espinoza then completed an ophthalmology residency at Cornell Medical Center in New York City, followed by fellowship training in cornea and external disease at the USC Doheny Eye Institute. Outside of her practice, she enjoys staying active, gardening, cooking healthy meals with homegrown vegetables, and spending time with her family.
