Dr. Tyson Kim

Tyson Kim, MD, PhD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and external diseases. He provides comprehensive patient care at UCSF Health, where he serves at the Corneal Disease and Surgery Clinic. Dr. Kim offers virtual visits and is highly rated by his patients for his expertise and compassionate approach.

Dr. Kim completed his medical degree at UCSF School of Medicine and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan W.K. Kellogg Eye Center. He also completed an internal medicine internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
