He earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida and a medical degree from Florida State University. He completed ophthalmology residency at Nassau University Medical Center and advanced training in refractive surgery in coordination with the World College of Refractive Surgery & Visual Sciences.
