Dr. Trond Stockenstrom

Dr. Stockenstrom is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Care Associates in Minneapolis. He provides comprehensive eye care for both pediatric and adult patients, offering advanced treatments for cataracts, glaucoma, macular disease, diabetic eye conditions, and dry eye syndrome. He is also experienced in laser vision correction, eyelid surgery, and neuro-ophthalmologic care.

With over two decades at Eye Care Associates, Dr. Stockenstrom also serves as a faculty member at the University of Minnesota, teaching ophthalmology residents and physicians. His background includes a distinguished career as a U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon and ophthalmologist, retiring from the Navy in 2014. He actively participates in humanitarian surgical eye expeditions to developing countries, restoring sight to those in need.
