Dr. Todd Adelson

Dr. Todd Adelson is a highly experienced LASIK surgeon who has performed over 25,000 LASIK eye surgeries and has been in practice for nearly two decades. He specializes in LASIK, cataract surgery, and PRK, and consistently incorporates the latest laser eye surgery technology into his practice.

Dr. Adelson earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed an internship at Botsford Hospital and ophthalmology residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he trained alongside experts at Will's Eye Hospital. He later completed an advanced cataract and refractive surgery fellowship affiliated with Michigan State University. Dr. Adelson is a seven-time recipient of Hour Detroit Magazine's "Top Doc" award and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Osteopathic Association. He also lectures to residents and medical students at Michigan State University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
