About Me
Dr. Tina Lucas-Glass is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing comprehensive eye care at Wellstar since 2001. She is dedicated to diagnosing and treating a wide variety of eye conditions, from routine vision problems to complex diseases. Dr. Lucas-Glass believes in a patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen to each patient's concerns and developing individualized treatment plans.
She completed her medical degree at Morehouse School of Medicine and then pursued her residency in ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic and Foundation. Following her residency, she further specialized with a fellowship at the prestigious Wills Eye Residency Program at Jefferson. This extensive training has equipped her with the skills to manage conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration. Dr. Lucas-Glass is also affiliated with Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, allowing her to provide hospital-based care when needed.
