Dr. Thomas Kim

Dr. Thomas Jinwoo Kim is an ophthalmologist practicing with Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. He grew up in Southern California and attended college at UCLA, then went to medical school in Chicago through an Army scholarship. He served honorably as an Army physician for eight years in Washington, D.C., and Fort Knox, Kentucky.

His medical practice focuses on caring for the eyes and performing eye surgeries, allowing him to connect with patients in a meaningful way. Dr. Kim feels fortunate to work with wonderful colleagues and patients at Kaiser Permanente, and he strives to treat each patient as he would his own family. He firmly embraces the philosophy of staying well in mind, body, and spirit.
