Meet Dr. Thomas E Clinch

Dr. Thomas E. Clinch is a founding partner of Eye Doctors of Washington and a refractive surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He has performed over 40,000 LASIK procedures and 20,000 cataract surgeries, and he was the first surgeon in the region to perform laser cataract surgery and implant advanced intraocular lenses, including multifocal and extended depth of focus lenses. Dr. Clinch is dedicated to innovative, state-of-the-art care and ophthalmic research.

He has served as a principal investigator in more than 30 clinical trials covering LASIK, PRK, phakic and multifocal IOLs, as well as treatments for keratoconus, dry eyes, and infectious corneal diseases.
