About Me
Dr. Suzie Gasparian is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon at Retina Consultants of Southern California. A Southern California native, she brings a patient-first approach and the latest medical and surgical techniques to protect and restore sight. Her practice spans the full range of retinal disease, from urgent problems like retinal detachment to long-term conditions such as diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. She believes in clear explanations, thoughtful second opinions, and treatment plans that fit each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
Dr. Gasparian graduated magna cum laude from UCLA, earned her MD at Tulane University School of Medicine (AOA), completed ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University, and a vitreoretinal diseases and surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Recognitions during training include Retina Rising Star and a Fellow Teaching Award. She is fluent in English, Armenian, and Spanish and enjoys caring for patients across multiple Inland Empire locations.
