Dr. Stuart B. Carter is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, corneal diseases, and refractive surgery. He completed his ophthalmology residency at New York University Medical Center and pursued advanced fellowship training in corneal diseases, cataract surgery, and refractive surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Carter is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. At OCLI, he focuses on routine and complex cataract surgery with implantation of advanced intraocular lenses, laser surgery, and the treatment of corneal and ocular surface disease.
