Dr. Strutha C. Rouse II is a vitreoretinal specialist at Horizon Eye Care who diagnoses and manages a broad range of retinal and vitreous disorders. His expertise includes diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachments, macular holes, macular pucker, uveitis, and vascular abnormalities of the retina.
Dr. Rouse earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. He pursued additional fellowship training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery at Northwestern and has served as a clinical instructor for residents.
