Dr. Steve H. Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained cataract and refractive surgeon serving patients throughout Northern Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and Lake Tahoe. He brings over 17 years of experience performing advanced cataract and refractive surgery procedures, with a focus on helping patients achieve clearer vision and improved quality of life. Dr. Chang is President and Managing Partner of Nevada Eye Consultants and Medical Director of the Eye Surgery Center of Northern Nevada.

Dr. Chang completed specialized fellowship training in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery at the Assil Eye Institute in Beverly Hills, California. He offers a range of vision correction options, including cataract surgery, LASIK, and Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) surgery. Dr. Chang is committed to using the most advanced surgical techniques to provide personalized eye care for conditions such as cataracts, refractive errors, and presbyopia.
